The ideal candidate must have a strong background in fine dining restaurant management and a passion to excellent food and genuine hospitality.

- Salary depending on the experience and up to £55,000

The ideal Assistant General Manager
- Someone with a strong Restaurant Management background in fine dining/Rosette establishment
