There are superb long-term prospects for a Company Commercial Solicitor to develop their career at a very successful private practice and this role is a great opportunity to play a key role in the continued success of the commercial team. Working closely with colleagues, you will act for a wide range of business clients and there is so much potential in the region due to an already outstanding reputation. You will also be encouraged to take an active involvement in business development activities, building client relationships and helping to grow this established firm.
This is an opportunity to join a busy and supportive team, with a focus on delivering practical and commercial support in a wide range of matters, to include business acquisitions and disposals, commercial agreements and joint ventures, shareholder and partnership agreements and general commercial advice and company law issues.
To be successful in this role, you should have solid company commercial experience working with a diverse range of companies and excellent client care skills. In return, you can expect to work within a friendly and close-knit team and there is also an excellent remuneration package on offer.
