Responsibilities:
You will provide assistance on a breadth of business disputes from simple litigation to complex and high value matters and your caseload will include dealing with:
- Contract disputes
- Partnership disputes
- Franchise disputes
- Agency disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Commercial property disputes
- Construction disputes
- Breach of warranty disputes
Requirements:
- Well-developed understanding of commercial litigation
- Client-led approach to your work
- Able to take a swift, analytical approach to client problems
- Possess solid communication skills
