Position: Permanent – Full Time
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager for an established professional property company with offices in the Woodford Green area.
The role will involve assisting with the management of their property portfolio. You must be passionate, hardworking and have a sound knowledge in all aspects of the property management including serving of S21 and S8 Notices, negotiating renewals, tenancy deposits, dealing with maintenance issues and liaising with all relevant parties throughout the process.
A strong background in property management is essential, with relevant property management qualifications seen as an advantage.

Skills required for this Property Manager (Estate Agency) role will include:
- Previous experience in Property Management
- Demonstrate a professional approach to customer service
- Have excellent inter-personal skills

- Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Live in the local area
- Have a full UK driving licence and car owner
