BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Kentish Town, NW5
Salary: £30k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
An experienced and well organised Branch Administrator is needed in the Kentish Town area. This is to work within a smart Sales & Lettings Estate Agent who have an excellent local reputation.
Previous experience as an Estate Agent Branch Administrator (Sales & Lettings) is preferential as the role is to support a busy team.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in office administration and also have experience in Estate Agency and preferential consideration will be given to candidates with both property sales and residential lettings experience.
You will need to have first class customer service and communication skills as well as being highly organised, able to prioritise workload, work to deadlines and have excellent computer skills – Good on the phone and great with people!
You will need to be a confident working within a busy sales & lettings team as well as working on your own initiative.

Skills required for this Branch Administrator role will include:
- Previous experience in an Estate Agency preferential
- Previous administration experience in both sales & lettings
- Good computer and software skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
- Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
