Workshop Controller
  • Up To £38,500 Basic Salary + Uncapped Bonus
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm ONLY!

  • Leading A Team Of 15+ Technicians In Workshop
  • NO Weekends
  • 22 Days Holiday + Birthday Off + Bank Holidays
  • Previous Automotive Workshop Control / Supervisory Experience Required
Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive large long-established Prestige Main Dealership in the Borehamwood area.

Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm ONLY!

The Salary being offered to the successful Workshop Controller is up to £38,500 with OTE £48,500.

Duties of a Workshop Controller:
  • Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
  • Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
  • Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
  • Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
The Successful Workshop Controller will:
  • Have a previous working experience within a similar role
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • A full and valid UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
