Job Description
Offering hybrid home working, our client, a specialist family private practice is seeking an experienced private client Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team. You will be an ambitious family lawyer with a motivation to excel within a multi-accredited law firm with a keenness to progress your career and provide high quality services to your clients.
Broad aspects of the role will include running a number of files and supporting high value matrimonial finance cases and private child law cases, including progressing a variety of family law matters, such as:
- Divorce and separation
- Mediation
- Financial Settlements
- Children matters
- Civil partnerships
- Cohabitation
- Domestic violence
- Collaborative law
To be considered, you should be at least 3+ PQE with a demonstrated flair in handling sensitive family matters with excellent relationship and client handling skills.
