Position Overview
As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will play a crucial role in handling a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity for both leasehold and freehold properties. Your expertise will ensure that clients receive a personalised service tailored to their individual needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments in line with policies
  • Check and report on property titles to clients
  • Raise and respond to enquiries on purchases
  • Identify and report potential risks to clients, lenders, and agents
  • Monitor and supervise work carried out by team members
  • Ensure compliance with lender requirements and special conditions
  • Obtain necessary documentation for timely property registration
  • Sign off files for exchange and completion, ensuring compliance
  • Ensure accurate billing and completion statements

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations and best practices
  • Excellent client care skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Highly organised with the capacity to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
