Our client, a well-established pensions administration service provider, is seeking an experienced Pensions Projects Transition Specialist to lead high-profile buy-in and buy-out projects across the UK.


The Pensions Projects Transition Specialist will play a pivotal role in leading complex buy-in and buy-out projects, coordinating multiple workstreams, and providing expert guidance to ensure successful project delivery.


Responsibilities
* Lead buy-in and buy-out projects as key client contact
* Review and sign off proformas for retirement and death calculations
* Establish procedures and controls for new clients during transition
* Work on ad hoc client chargeable projects as required
* Identify and resolve issues efficiently to meet client requirements
* Understand the impact of projects on business profitability


Requirements
* Experience with DB occupational pension schemes or buy-ins/buy-outs
* Track record of delivering pensions administration services to clients
* Strong communication skills for project governance aspects and issues
* Self-starter with responsibility for delivering allocated work
* Highly organised and motivated with excellent team skills
* Knowledge of supporting processes and systems for pensions administration
