Group Workshop Coordinator required in Didcot, Oxfordshire!
Reporting to the Fleet Operations Manager, as the Group Workshop Coordinator you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's warranty and costing departments for their fleet of vehicles. This includes ensuring all workshops are invoicing repairs and maintenance correctly and recovering costs from vehicle manufacturers and suppliers effectively. The role aims to meet all KPIs and develop processes that deliver cost savings, improved productivity, and workshop efficiency.
To be eligible you will need to have at least 5 years experience of in automotive warranty processes with proven success in passing vehicle manufacturer warranty audits and understanding automotive mechanical principles. You will have a UK driving licence with minimal points given you will be required to visit other sites on occasion, and be IT literate with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Overall, you will be self-motivated, analytical, end user-focused, team-orientated, and have strong listening skills.
