Position Overview
As a Trainee Pensions Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the consultancy's pensions team, ensuring accurate and timely administration of member benefits. Responsibilities
* Produce accurate calculations of member benefits using pro forma or automated routines
* Prepare clear explanatory letters to members, clients, and advisers
* Maintain and update client database and individual member records
* Input data for bulk updates and generate reports
* Communicate effectively with scheme members and clients, handling enquiries professionally
* Assist in maintaining organised and up-to-date records
