About You

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Cluster Head Chef in a multi-site operation or a hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage teams across multiple locations.
  • A creative approach to menu planning and the ability to cater for a variety of dining styles, from high-volume banqueting to bespoke à la carte.
  • Excellent financial acumen, with a track record of achieving budgetary targets and maintaining food cost controls.
  • A hands-on attitude and the ability to adapt to the demands of a busy and varied operation.

JWR is currently recruiting for a Cluster Head Chef to oversee two thriving hotels in the Salisbury area. This role offers the chance to showcase your leadership skills in a branded, multi-site environment, ensuring consistent standards and excellent guest satisfaction across both properties.

As Cluster Head Chef you will manage and oversee kitchen operations across two hotels with combined F&B offerings, including a modern à la carte restaurant, events catering, and casual dining options.
