Responsibilities of this Automotive Engineering Manager role
  • Lead and guide team of automotive engineers.
  • Oversee the development of vehicles and components, from the first idea to the finished product.
  • Work with design, manufacture and build teams.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners.
  • Investigate, review, and implement new techniques to continually innovate and develop.
Requirements of this Automotive Engineering Manager role
  • A degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar field.
  • Automotive Engineering experience is essential to be considered for this role.
  • Management experience required.
  • Strong automotive technical knowledge or things such as powertrain, chassis and vehicle integration.
  • 3D CAD experience, ideally with Solidworks.
  • Excellent leadership, management and communication skills.
