Service Administrator required for our Automotive Client based in Orpington.

Our Client is a well-established, family-run car garage and they are currently seeking a Service Administrator to join their team.

For your hard work as a Service Administrator our client is offering a salary of £32,000 basic.

Hours of work for this Service Administrator role are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour break), with optional overtime on weekends (garage is closed to the public on Saturdays).

Responsibilities of a Service Administrator for our Client:

  • Produce and accurate invoice to allow for prompt payment
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with Customers, Dealerships and Manufacturers
  • Process job cards in conjunction with Manufacturers standard text and times
  • Administer and process warranty, repair and maintenance claims to the manufacturer.
The ideal Service Administrator will:
  • Have a previous working experience within a Service Administrator role
  • Experience of DMS
  • Good customer service skills with technical understanding
  • A very high level of accuracy and attention to detail
