Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of contentious probate and litigation matters
- Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients
- Contribute to the firm's business development and marketing initiatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx with at least 2 years of fee-earning experience in Contentious Probate
- Strong work ethic and a 'can-do' attitude
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
