Service Operations Manager required in Bristol.
  • Starting salary circa £34,000 per annum pending qualifications with £6,000+ uncapped annual bonus potential.
  • Car allowance of £1,680 per annum. 
  • 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday.

Our client, a multi-franchise car dealer group established across South West England, is currently looking to hire a Service Operations Manager for one of their busy premium dealerships in Bristol.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, your key responsibilities as a Service Operations Manager will include:
  • Manage and control customer flow to ensure a positive experience whilst in our client's dealership.
  • Organise the service reception team to ensure the customer transition through the centre is managed and at the customer’s pace.
  • Monitor and respond to customer satisfaction reports and implement changes to address any areas of concern.
  • Motivate and coach team members on best practices.
  • Being a point of contact for customers' queries.
  • Assisting the Service Manager with the daily running of the service reception/workshop team.
  • Building positive, professional relationships with staff and customers.
To be eligible you need to have strong experience working within a fast-paced customer-facing environment in the automotive industry, ideally working in a similar role as a Senior Service Advisor, Workshop Controller or Assistant Service Manager. You will possess strong leadership skills, a positive can-do attitude, outstanding organisational skills, the ability to multitask/keep to deadlines, and a proactive attitude to problem-solving. A UK driving licence with minimal points is also mandatory.
