Job Description
Role: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist 1
Rate: inside IR35
Location: 2 days a week on site in London or Leicester.
Duration: 6 months
Required Skills:
***Must be a UK National with minimum 5 years unbroken residency***
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow infrastructure and architecture
* Experience with IT service management and ITIL principles
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Desirable Skills:
* Holding experience of working within the UK Public Sector
* Experience of applying your job role skills for critical national infrastructure for the UK
* Experience of communication / telco systems
* Experience of working with the UK emergency services
* Experience of (or a desire to) work within an eco system team - IBM will be leading different suppliers as part of this engagement
* Certification in ITIL or IT service management
* Understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and security
SC required: SC eligible, 5 years unbroken UK residency.
