Job Description
HR Manager required in Salisbury.
Reporting to the Head of HR and primarily working from their head office in Salisbury, you will contribute to the efficient running of the HR function across our client's business, through providing professional HR expertise on employee relations, performance management and attendance to departmental managers and employees, coaching our client on best practice, people management, and legislation. You will on occasions be required to visit our client's other dealerships across Wiltshire.
Candidates should have strong, demonstrable experience in a similar HR role with a particular focus on managing a wide variety of employee relations matters including disciplinary, capability and absence management. With excellent communications skills and the ability to influence at all levels candidates should be commercially aware, logical and solutions focused. Any experience in the automotive industry would be highly advantageous however is non-essential. A UK driving licence is essential though.

- Up to £40,000 annual starting salary dependent on experience and current earnings.
- Company Vehicle with fuel allowance.
- 40 hours per week Monday to Friday only.
