- Working hours: TIME-TIME ONLY, 9am-3pm Monday-Friday

Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Providing individual and small group support to students
- Encouraging positive behaviour and creating a calm and supportive learning environment
- Building strong relationships with students and their families
- Contributing to the overall well-being of the school community
- Ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for students and staff across the school
- Possess a genuine passion for working with young people with complex needs
- Have experience working in a SEN or similar setting
- Be highly motivated and committed to student success
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is a team player, with a patient, positive and can-do attitude
- Is flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
