Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for a range of customers, providing exceptional service
- Administrative Support: Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing incoming calls, emails, and scheduling appointments
- Coordination: Liaise with the wider team to ensure smooth job completion and provide necessary support
- Systems administration: Utilise CRM and accounting software to update information, as well as generate and send invoices to clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident approach and proactive approach to work
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
