We're seeking a dedicated and organised Office Coordinator to join a friendly team environment based on-site at offices in Northwood, Middlesex. This role offers a range of responsibilities, from customer service to administrative tasks, providing a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for a range of customers, providing exceptional service
  • Administrative Support: Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing incoming calls, emails, and scheduling appointments
  • Coordination: Liaise with the wider team to ensure smooth job completion and provide necessary support
  • Systems administration: Utilise CRM and accounting software to update information, as well as generate and send invoices to clients
