Trainee Service Advisor
  • Salary: £24,000- £26,000 DOE + £30k Annual expected earnings for this trainee customer service position
  • Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday + breaks, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 9am - 1pm (soon to increase to 1 in 4, paid as overtime)
We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive well-established, award-winning Motor Trade Dealership who are currently recruiting for a Trainee Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Epsom area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Trainee Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

Their minimum requirements for a Trainee Service Advisor are as follows:
  • A customer-focused individual with a great attitude and a desire to learn
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Enthusiasm for the automotive industry (no prior dealership experience required)
  • A passion for providing top-tier customer service and working as part of a team
As a Trainee Service Advisor with our Client you will be expected to:
  • Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and via phone
  • Assist with the coordination of vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Communicate with customers about vehicle updates, repairs, and additional work required
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and manage call-backs
  • Assist with parts ordering, vehicle check-out preparation, and customer follow-up
  • Support the team with complaint resolution and administrative tasks
For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £26,000 with OTE of circa £30,000.
