The Role

As Head of Reservations, you will oversee a dynamic and sizable team managing bookings across rooms, food and beverage, and leisure activities. You will ensure the highest standards of service, reflecting the luxury and exclusivity of our brand. This is a key leadership role requiring strategic thinking, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the reservations team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring all interactions reflect the standards expected by our discerning clientele.
  • Oversee and optimize the reservations process across all properties, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Introduce and manage a comprehensive guest history system, allowing personalised experiences based on past preferences and feedback.
  • Develop and implement mystery shopper programs to assess and enhance the booking journey.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with property managers and marketing teams to align booking strategies with occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Provide ongoing training and development for the reservations team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
