Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated kitchen brigade to consistently deliver high-quality cuisine.
  • Oversee banqueting operations for large-scale events with a focus on efficiency and precision.
  • Develop innovative menus that cater to a wide range of guest preferences.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments, particularly the Sales Office, to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Train and develop team members to maintain a high standard of service across all F&B outlets.

Are you an experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef with a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences for large events? We are excited to present an outstanding opportunity for a Head Chef to lead the food and beverage operations at a beautifully refurbished hotel in Berkshire.

As Head Chef you will be responsible for overseeing multiple outlets, including a restaurant, alfresco dining, bar/lounge, room service, and a stunning events space catering for up to 500 guests.
