The Role:
As Sales Manager, you will be a hunter-gatherer, actively seeking out and securing new business opportunities. Your role will focus on driving revenue growth by engaging directly with corporate clients and booking agents, showcasing our exceptional facilities and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across key markets and sectors.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with direct clients and booking agents.
- Deliver tailored presentations and proposals that highlight our venue's unique offerings.
- Negotiate and close deals to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery for clients.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights to maximise sales effectiveness.
Requirements of the successful Sales Manager
