The caseload will be a mix of contentious and non-contentious but with a bias towards litigious matters. You will play a pivotal role in advising clients on a wide range of construction-related legal matters to include:
- Arbitration
- County Court claims
- Delay and Disruption Claims
- Payment Disputes
- Insurance-related matters
- NEC contracts
- Drafting JCT Contracts
