The corporate finance team are busy and highly-driven and broad aspects of the role will include developing the corporate and banking offering to include:
- Buying and selling businesses and companies
- Restructures/mergers/demergers
- Corporate finance/private equity/venture capital investments
- Joint Ventures
- Security and lending
- Partnerships and LLPs
- Business Law and corporate administration
You will ideally have 6+ years PQE working within a commercial corporate team and the work will include transactional work and extensive marketing and business development, so it is essential you can demonstrate your experience within this area.
