Responsibilities
- Represent a diverse range of private and public sector clients and advise them on all aspects of employment law
- Represent clients in employment tribunal litigation
- Mentor and develop the employment team fostering their professional growth and development
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver personalised service
Requirements
- Strong track record within employment law
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to support and mentor junior colleagues
- Excellent technical, drafting and client management skills
- Flexible approach to work to ensure client deadlines are met and clients are communicated with on a consistent and regular basis.
