Our client is a respected law firm with a strong presence across the county and a reputation for delivering an excellent service within domestic conveyancing across all their offices. They have seen sustained growth in the last 5 years and have exciting plans for 2024 / 2025.
The Role:
As a Conveyancer at our client's firm, you will play a key role in managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling a variety of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Conducting title checks, reviewing legal documentation, and preparing contracts and completion statements.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of property law and conveyancing procedures.
To be considered:
- You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive and or Licenced Conveyancer with at least 2 years of experience in residential conveyancing.
- Have strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Proven track record of managing a busy caseload efficiently and delivering high-quality service to clients.
