SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings & Management
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: OTE £30k
Position: Full Time
This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced, pro-active Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a professional property company with busy offices in the Portsmouth area.
The perfect candidate for this Senior / Lettings Negotiator role will have previous experience in, and ideally currently be working in, a similar position; have a great track record in business development and be capable of winning new instructions and negotiating fully managed AST’s.
You will be determined, proactive, love lettings and have a positive approach to business: familiarity with the local area would be ideal, and an ARLA qualification would be helpful.

Skills required for this Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Experienced residential Lettings Negotiator
- Significant Listing / Valuations experience
- Excellent sales ability
- ARLA qualification beneficial
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Brighton area
- Full Driving License essential and own car
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
