Location: London (Marble Arch), W1
Salary: OTE: £40k
Position: Permanent - Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, dynamic and ambitious Lettings Negotiator who is looking to forge a career with an established, expanding established independent Estate Agency in Central London.

You will already be working as an Estate Agency Lettings Negotiator and be ready to hit the ground running.
Familiarity with the London market would be a distinct advantage.

Skills required for this Lettings Negotiatorrole will include:
- Experienced residential lettings
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills

- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Central London helpful
- Full Driving License beneficial
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
