Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse range of civil litigation cases
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients
  • Represent clients in County Court and High Court proceedings
  • Handle property and land disputes, debt recovery, and contractual disputes
  • Manage insolvency proceedings and contentious wills/trusts matters

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor with 1-5 years' PQE
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
