We have an exciting vacancy with an evolving and expanding Estate Agency group with offices in Orpington.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator who loves selling properties and who wants to develop their career with an energetic, locally well-known, high street brand.
The ideal candidate for this Sales Negotiator / Estate Agency role will have a great track record in property sales, have energy, enthusiasm, a likeable and engaging personality and familiarity with the local area would be helpful.
You will also need to be someone who is proactive, articulate, and influential with a passion for selling.

The Company: Our client is an independent Sales and Lettings agency, with several local offices in and around Kent and the South-East London area
Skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Experienced residential estate agent
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Orpington area helpful
- Full Driving License and own car essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
