Are you a self-driven professional with a passion for DB Pension projects?

In this role, you will take the lead in running, monitoring, and managing both ad-hoc and complex business-as-usual projects, while supporting the team in ensuring client reporting and compliance requirements are met and delivered within specified timelines.

This role can be based in Surrey or remotely.

Position Overview
The Pension Specialist will be the lead administration contact during project delivery, coordinating multiple workstreams and providing guidance to ensure successful outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of pensions administration, particularly in final salary and buy-in/buy-out schemes, as well as the ability to explain complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities
* Lead high-profile buy-in and buy-out projects
* Coordinate multiple workstreams and provide guidance
* Deliver excellence in client and member service
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation
* Interact with clients and advisors on complex queries
* Ensure timely and quality completion of client work

Requirements
* Strong experience in final salary pensions administration or buy-ins/buy-outs
* DB knowledge is essential and knowledge of DC pensions is advantageous
* Ability to analyse and manipulate data using MS Excel
* Pensions technical expertise and experience in project-based technical work
