Vacancy: HEAD OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (MATERNITY COVER)– Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Brighton, BN2
Salary: OTE £40k - £45k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A highly successful, local Property Company who specialise in the Student rental sector
is looking to recruit a Head of Property Managementto run their sizeable team on a maternity cover basis. The company may consider a part-time candidate if they have the right experience, expertise and team management skills
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established property company based in the Brighton area, specialising in student lettings.
You should have a proven track record in Residential Property Management and currently hold a similar role, ideally within the student or HMO market.
You will be a real people person; be able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords, Contractors and Tenants and be able to show empathy and understanding.
You must be able to problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure – all the qualities that someone already in this role will recognise immediately!
An ARLA qualification or similar would be helpful

Skills required for this Head of Property Management (Maternity Cover) role will include:
- Previous Property Management experience
- Some experience in managing and mentoring a team
- Experience in the student market beneficial
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the local area helpful
- Full UK Driving License
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
