PART TIME ESTATE AGENT – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Epsom
Salary: £10 - £12 p/h
Position: Permanent – Full Time
We are looking for a Part Time Estate Agent for a varied role with a local independent Estate Agent with offices in the Epsom area.
The ideal candidate must have some experience in residential property sales, conducting viewings and negotiating deals with an excellent sales record.
You will be in your element when delivering spectacular customer service and most importantly be prepared to “muck-in” as part of a small bet effective team of professional hard-working people.
The Company: Our client is a successful, independent Estate Agency with Sales and Lettings offices in the Epsom area.
Skills: The skills required for this Part Time Estate Agent role will include:
- Previous residential sales experience preferred
- Excellent (proven) sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Superb telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well-presented, and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the local Epsom area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car essential
- A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
