Basic Salary: £40,000 - £48,000
On Target Earnings: Up to £10,000
Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday Only
Company Car Provided

Parts Centre Manager required for a well-established network of manufacturer-affiliated vehicle parts retailers employing over 1,500 staff nationwide located in Tunbridge Wells.

We are recruiting for a Parts Centre Manager for our Client’s bodyshop. As a Parts Centre Manager for our Client you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department.

The salary on offer for this Parts Centre Manager is £58,000.

Parts Centre Manager Person Specification:

A previous working experience as a Parts Centre Manager
Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
Motivating and developing the Parts Team
Strong Interpersonal Skills

The responsibilities of this Parts Centre Manager role are:

Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
As a Parts Centre Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
