Position Overview
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to manage and grow a caseload of good quality work for both a mix of SME's and larger firms. Working alongside experienced lawyers, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise further.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and prepare leases, easements, and related documents
- Draft sales and purchase agreements, deeds of surrender, and tenancy agreements
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and understanding of the regional property market
- Handle various aspects of development work, including site appraisals and planning agreements
- Accurately record all matter-related time using the case management system
- Adhere to the Solicitors' Accounts Rules at all times
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2-3 years PQE in commercial property
- Confident self-starter capable of handling a range of transactions
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
