Position Overview
As a Senior Client Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving the growth and development of the company's pension schemes, while providing expert guidance to clients and trustees on technical and legislative issues.
Responsibilities
* Support new business opportunities and manage client onboarding
* Deliver comprehensive client relationship services
* Direct and support trustee projects
* Identify areas for scheme growth and development
* Provide expertise on technical and legislative issues
* Produce high-quality employer communications and announcements
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of pensions client relationship experience
* Solid experience as a pension professional, able to manage a portfolio of DB schemes and ensure service delivery is always maintained to a high standard.
* Excellent understanding of legislative issues affecting pension schemes
* Familiarity with actuarial and investment principles
