Group Parts Manager
  • Starting salary of £28-32,000 per annum dependent on experience and current earnings.
  • Transport to be discussed at an interview. 
  • Fully in-house & training provided.
  • 20 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays.

Group Parts Manager required for Automotive multi-site franchised approved car dealership located in Talbot Green.

We are recruiting for a Group Parts Manager for our Client’s bodyshop. As a Group Parts Manager for our Client you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department.

The salary on offer for this Group Parts Manager is £28,000.

Group Parts Manager Person Specification:

  • A previous working experience as a Parts Manager
  • Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
  • Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
  • Motivating and developing the Parts Team
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
The responsibilities of this Group Parts Manager role are:
  • Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
  • Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
  • As a Parts Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
  • Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
