Position Overview

The Pensions Consultant will play a crucial role in providing a first-class benefit strategy and consulting support covering full governance, scheme secretariat, strategic communication delivery and well as coordinating the delivery of services of wider teams.

Responsibilities
* Demonstrate proactive leadership in client engagements
* Provide comprehensive scheme secretarial services
* Develop innovative ideas for services and markets
* Actively participate in new business pitches
* Manage pensions projects and member communications

Requirements
* This is a fast-paced, competitive environment which requires a motivated self-starter, with the gravitas and credibility to advise and influence Boards and Senior Executives
* Strong experience with various occupational pension schemes
* In-depth knowledge of trustee services and governance
* Up-to-date understanding of technical pensions matters
* Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
* APMI advantageous
