Position Overview
As an Associate Family Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in providing advice to clients navigating relationship breakdowns. You will handle a diverse caseload and your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in helping clients find long-term solutions tailored to their unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on divorce, children, financial, and DV issues
- Support senior team members with their caseloads
- Draft documents to further advice on any area
- Conduct negotiations and seek advice from senior team members
- Prepare consent orders and agreements relating to family disputes
- Advocate at appropriate court hearings
Requirements
- At least 4 + years PQE in family law
- Ability to handle cases independently
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills to manage a varied caseload
- Proactive attitude and commitment to client satisfaction
