A prestigious government organisation is seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Administrator to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and their teams, ensuring seamless operations. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining in-office and remote work for flexibility.Key Responsibilities
- Diary Management: Coordinate and manage shared diaries for senior management team members.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange and book travel within policy guidelines and budgets.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise and schedule team meetings, including preparing agendas and materials.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the team operates efficiently.
- Project Support: Manage small projects, ensuring high standards, adherence to budgets, and timely delivery.
- Team Support: Contribute to the overall functionality of the team and Directorate by proactively identifying and addressing needs.
Skills and Competencies
- Ability to manage administrative tasks, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent multitasking skills to handle multiple requests and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, and staff.
- Proficiency in IT, including the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge Requirements
