A pivotal role within the UK’s largest infrastructure project, where your expertise in quality management will drive excellence across multi-million-pound, integrated project teams. Representing the client organisation, you will engage with senior stakeholders, including supply chain Heads and Directors of Quality, to ensure the highest standards are achieved.
In this role, you will operate at the macro level, focusing on the trend analysis of quality data from self-assured supply chains. Utilising tools like Power BI, you’ll review information flowing into Quality Management Systems such as Enterprise Bridge and Cemar, ensuring processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Reviewing and interpreting quality data, such as non-conformities, to identify process trends and drive improvements in construction or manufacturing.
- Assessing how quality information is used internally to streamline approvals within the Integrated Project Team (IPT).
- Supporting the evolution of quality management across different project phases, from civil engineering and construction to design, manufacturing, installation, and testing.

- Professional qualifications in quality management.
- Experience managing quality in complex systems, such as railways, aerospace, defence, or nuclear sectors.
- The ability to work with high-level data flows, extracting insights and presenting actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- A flexible approach to delve into detail when needed while maintaining a strategic focus.
