Position Overview
As a Litigation Solicitor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services to a diverse client base. You will manage a mixed caseload, focusing on insolvency litigation matters, while working closely with senior lawyers to provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to clients in Dispute Resolution & Litigation
- Manage a varied caseload, with a focus on insolvency litigation cases
- Collaborate with senior lawyers to develop effective strategies and deliver exceptional client service
- Demonstrate strong file management skills and ensure cost-efficient delivery of legal services
- Actively participate in the firm's marketing initiatives, including events and content creation
- Identify opportunities for cross-referrals and contribute to business development efforts
- Maintain a professional reputation and engage in community activities to enhance the firm's profile
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in Litigation
- Experience in insolvency litigation, acting for both Insolvency Practitioners and Directors
- Ability to manage own caseload with guidance from senior lawyers when required
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Proficiency in conducting advocacy at all interlocutory stages
- Enthusiasm for networking and contributing to the firm's growth and reputation
