Parts Manager / Supervisor 
  • Salary: £33,000 Basic + OTE £40,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm or 7:30am – 5:30pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis (currently 1 in 3), 8am – 2pm (paid as additional hours).
  • Proven experience as a Senior Parts Advisor or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts calmly and effectively.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to meeting departmental targets.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and a solid understanding of automotive parts.
Parts Manager required for an Automotive prestigious Motor Trade Dealership located in Bromley.

We are recruiting for a Parts Manager / Parts Supervisor for our Client’s bodyshop. As a Parts Manager for our Client you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department.

The salary on offer for this Parts Manager / Parts Supervisor is £33,000.

Parts Manager / Parts Supervisor Person Specification:
  • A previous working experience as a Parts Manager
  • Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
  • Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
  • Motivating and developing the Parts Team
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
The responsibilities of this Parts Manager / Parts Supervisor role are:
  • Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
  • Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
  • As a Parts Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
  • Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
