New Opening - South Devon
The Package / Benefits / Opportunities:
- £38,000 + tips & gratuities
- 48 working week during summer months, 40 hour working week during winter months.

Required Skills:
- Minimise wastage and encourage creative thinking
- Solid seafood knowledge and experience
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef within a similar establishment
- Adhere to all company and government food safety legislation
- Ensure good kitchen planning to enable a trouble-free service and customer satisfaction
- Help to promote and maintain a good working environment, leading by example and develop the team around you
- Hands on, passionate, Energetic Self-motivated individual
- Proven track record in delivering high quality dishes in a time pressured environment
- Passionate about food, standards & results.
JWR is currently working with an established group of leading seafood restaurants across the South West looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef for their new restaurant opening in a popular and picturesque Devon location. All the restaurants within the group are located in prime waterfront locations, with its own fleet of fishing trawlers catching the freshest local produce on a daily basis.
