Senior Personal Assistant

We are excited to be partnering with a leading client in South Manchester who is looking for a highly skilled Senior Personal Assistant to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to senior executives.
  • Efficiently manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and revise correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision and attention to detail.
  • Safeguard sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Maintain and organise filing systems to ensure easy accessibility and accuracy.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, communicating effectively and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Exhibits discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
