Senior Personal Assistant
We are excited to be partnering with a leading client in South Manchester who is looking for a highly skilled Senior Personal Assistant to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to senior executives.
- Efficiently manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and revise correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision and attention to detail.
- Safeguard sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Maintain and organise filing systems to ensure easy accessibility and accuracy.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, communicating effectively and professionally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
- Exhibits discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
