The Role:

  • Oversee and develop all aspects of the pastry operation, from afternoon teas to fine dining desserts.
  • Create innovative, seasonal, and high-quality pastry menus that align with the hotel's premium offering.
  • Lead and inspire a small team, ensuring standards are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain stock control, ordering, and kitchen hygiene to the highest levels.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to develop exciting new offerings and elevate the guest experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef in a 2AA Rosette or higher establishment.
  • A passion for pastry and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate a team.
  • A creative mindset with a flair for modern and classic pastry techniques.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
