JWR is recruiting for a Reservations & Groups Manager to lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences for a leading, volume driven hotel in the heart of Bath. You will support in driving group revenue bookings in excess of £1m pa.
Salary / Package:
- Salary from £32,000 + 15% annual bonus,
- 32 days holiday
- 40-hour contract,

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Reservations team, ensuring high performance and upholding brand standards.
- Monitor guest feedback across various platforms and implement improvements.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members while fostering a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Drive revenue through effective sales strategies and account management.
- Act as Duty Manager, representing the General Manager when required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in reservations within 4* hospitality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS systems.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Knowledge of local markets and hotel financial metrics.
- Professional demeanour with exceptional attention to detail.
- Passionate about hospitality and eager to grow in the industry.
